By using group method of data handling, equilibrium analysis of regional circular economy development is obtained. With Granger causality idea, and the equilibrium analysis results are converted to one of causal diagram, and control information intensity and controlled information intensity of node are defined, which determines the index weight, and finishes the comprehensive evaluation about regional circular economy. Evaluation results show that the comprehensive evaluation method based on one of causal diagram is reliable and interpretable.
