Abstract:A hybrid multi-attribute decision-making method is studied, which is applied to the supplier selection problem
of more resources for a single product, and the supplier selection process is divided into two stages. Firstly, evaluation
indexes weight are identified with entropy coefficient model, and the suppliers’ order is obtained according to the technique
for preference by similarity to ideal solution model. Then a multi-objective planning model is constructed to identify the
allocation of the procurement number between selected suppliers. Finally, experiment results show that the decision-making
method proposed is effective and feasible.
