Abstract:For some deficiency of the grey nearness incidence model, the new grey nearness incidence model and the grey nearness incidence model based on panel data are presented. Relying on the foundation of the characteristics of nearness, the relative area that reflects the fitting extent of the polygonal line is constructed, based on which the new grey nearness incidence coefficient is defined, and the grey nearness incidence model is obtained. Meanwhile, the sequence mapping method is extended into the three-dimensional space, thus the grey grid concept is proposed, on the basis of the same theory, the grey nearness incidence model based on panel data is presented. Finally, an application with the proposed model to evaluate the economic development level of coastal eight cities is illustrated to demonstrate the effectiveness and practical applicability of the model owing to its good result.
