Abstract:In view of the shortcomings in the current research on hesitant fuzzy operations and measures, the hesitant fuzzy entropy function is defined firstly, which is a measure of the degree of uncertainty of hesitant fuzzy information. Then, the concept of hesitant fuzzy information characteristic vector is proposed. The hesitant fuzzy distance measure and similarity measure are studied based on the information characteristic vector. In order to optimize the group decision process, the concept of group consensus measure based on complete priority relation is proposed and its properties are studied. Finally, the hesitant fuzzy group decision-making method based on similarity measure and group consensus measure is given, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a numerical example.
