Abstract:To improve the precision of the laminar cooling process, a weighted multiple models control method(WMMC)
is proposed. Based on the prior information and abundant producing data, multiple fixed models are concluded to realize nprecise control. Because of the lack of the data, a weighting multiple models is utilized to get the cooling model and is tuned online to improve the control precision. But for the unknown medium plate, the weighting parameter whose thickness is nearest to the unknown one is given out to realize the initial control. Finally, the result shows the effectiveness of the proposed WMMC design method.
