Abstract:The closed-loop network design problem when the product recall happens is studied. Considering the tight time schedule and the recall management, two kinds stochastic parameters which are the time length and the recall rate are introduced. A dual-objective stochastic mixed-integer programming model based on cost-time length function which the optimal result is decided upon to minimize the sum of cost and the length of total time is established. A heuristic algorithm is used to solve the problem, and a numerical example is given by using the software Matlab 6.5. The sensitive analysis of several parameters shows the robustness of the location of recall center result.
