Abstract:A nonlinear transformation is used to normalize the
decision information which
is in the form of interval grey number, and the weights of indexes are
obtained through a optimization model which minimizes the difference degree
between the decision makers. Considering when the group of decision makers
is large, getting the decisiong conclusion after clustering the decision
makers can improve precision. Then this paper presents the grey incidence
analysis of the decision information, and proposes a grey cluster model
based on the grey incidence degree. Furthermore, the paper proposes a grey
decision-making model. Finally, an example shows the feasibility and effectiveness
of the method.
