Abstract:This paper studies the problem
of position tracking control for permanent magnet synchronous motors
with parameter uncertainties and load torque disturbance. Based on
backstepping technique, an adaptive fuzzy control method is proposed
by using fuzzy logic systems to approximate unknown nonlinearities
of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) drive system. The proposed
controller guarantees the good
tracking performance even with the existence of the parameter
uncertainties and load torque disturbance. Simulation results show
the effectiveness of the proposed method.
