With regard to multi-criteria decision making problem, in which the criteria values are triangle intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and criteria are interdependent, the decision method based on Choquet integral is proposed. By defining outranking relations of alternatives under each criterion first, and when the fuzzy measures on the criteria are unknown, a quadratic programming model based on minimum variance of fuzzy measures and incomplete decision information is established to get the fuzzy measures. Then the overall outranking index of each alternative is obtained through Choquet integral. Finally, a numeric example shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
