Abstract:For the problem that the lingnistic aggregation operater can't reflect degree of dispersion about variable, the linguistic mean iterative operator is presonted. Firstly, it is proven that the operator is monotonic, bounded, idempotent by definition. Then, it is discovered that the value of mean iterative operator on the set of thd anchor is random. It can be measured that the degree of central tendency and dispersion of index polymerization on the set of the anchor. Ffinally, in the practical application of the multi criteria determination, the application formula and the operation steps are given by using the mean iteration operator. The limitations of the previous language aggregation operators and the effectiveness of the proposed operators are illustrated by an example.
