Abstract:A multi-attribute decision-making method based on probabilistic hesitant fuzzy entropy is proposed for the multiple membership degree of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy elements and the characteristics that their probability is different. Firstly, three new probabilistic fuzzy entropies are proposed: The fuzzy entropy, the hesitant entropy and the total entropy which are used to measure the fuzziness, the hesitation and the global uncertainty of the probability hesitant fuzzy elements respectively. Then, the axiomatic definition and expressions of the three entropies are given. Finally, the multi-attribute decision-making model that can solve completely unknown attribute weights is constructed by the three entropy of the probability hesitant fuzzy elements, and the effectiveness and rationality of the model are verified by a case and contrast analysis.
