Abstract:Model based systems engineering(MBSE) is a complex product development technology combining systems engineering theory with digital technology, which can effectively drive the development process of complex products and formalize the complex interaction of systems with systems engineering thinking. Firstly, based on the background of complex product development and MBSE development status at home and abroad, this paper summarizes and introduces the problems of MBSE existing in the development process of complex products. Secondly, an MBSE architecture for complex product development is proposed and discussed in detail, taking MBSE model domain, technology domain, function domain, cross-domain supporting factors, and application domain as the research level, combining with artificial intelligence, digital twin, digital thread, and other digital technologies to comprehensively consider the key elements required by MBSE engineering practice. Finally, based on the architecture, the current development situation of MBSE is analyzed, and the future development trend of MBSE is further discussed from the perspective of the data model as the core production factor.
