    随着客户对“门到门”运输服务需求的增长以及对于物流费用敏感度的提升, 多式联运经营人亟需提供高效经济的集装箱全程运输服务. 鉴于集装箱全程运输链涵盖多种运输资源和环节, 多式联运经营人面临如何合理调配运输资源和实现各环节间有效协同的挑战. 综合考虑集装箱干线运输和两端接驳环节, 研究集装箱多式联运全程运输路径与接驳集卡调度的协同优化问题. 首先, 基于集装箱运输时空网络, 构建以总运营费用最小为目标的混合整数线性规划模型; 然后, 通过逻辑Benders分解算法框架设计可有效处理实际规模问题的精确求解算法; 最后, 选取西部陆海新通道部分运输网络为实验场景进行算例分析. 实验验证分析结果表明: 相较于Gurobi商业求解器, 所提出算法在多种规模算例中求解效率更优; 与传统的独立决策方法相比, 所提出协同优化模型能够降低$5\% \sim 7.5\%$的总运营费用.

    Abstract:

    With the growing demand for door-to-door transportation services and the heightened sensitivity to logistics costs, intermodal transport operators urgently need to provide efficient and economical container transportation services. Given that the entire container transportation chain involves multiple transport resources and links, these operators face the challenge of how to reasonably allocate transport resources and achieve effective coordination among various links. This study addresses the integrated optimization of container transportation routes and drayage truck scheduling, considering both trunk-line transportation and first/last-mile drayage services. Based on the spatiotemporal network for container transportation, we develop a mixed-integer linear programming model with the objective of minimizing total operational costs. A logic-based Benders decomposition algorithm framework is adopted to design an exact algorithm capable of effectively solving real-world scale problems. The experimental scenario is selected from a partial transportation network of the new western land-sea corridor. The results show that compared to Gurobi, the proposed algorithm has better solution efficiency in various-sized instances. Compared with traditional independent decision-making methods, the collaborative optimization model can reduce total operating costs by 5% to 7.5%.
