    摘要:

    面向信息时代的决策问题, 数据驱动的决策方法日益成为主流. 然而, 数据的长期累积促使概念漂移现象不断涌现. 针对动态决策环境下存在的概念漂移现象, 提出一种考虑概念漂移的数据驱动证据推理决策方法. 首先, 考虑历史决策数据中概念漂移的特异性, 运用早期漂移检测思想以及累计和控制图检测方法, 能够有效检测决策数据中存在的细微漂移; 然后, 基于此, 运用证据推理融合算法, 提出双重集成策略进行漂移适应, 先基于属性权重进行局部集结, 获得局部最优决策结果, 进而定义数据局部贡献度进行全局集结, 以实现兼顾模型精度、动态适应性和可解释性的全局最优决策; 最后, 将所提出方法应用于安徽省合肥市某三甲医院超声科乳腺结节辅助诊断问题中, 验证其有效性和实用性.

    Abstract:

    In the information era, data-driven decision-making methods have become mainstream. At the same time, the long-term accumulation of data has led to the growing presence of concept drift. To address the problem of concept drift in dynamic decision environments, a data-driven evidential reasoning decision-making method is proposed. First, aiming to handle the subtle nature of drift in historical decision data, the method integrates the idea of early drift detection and applies the cumulative sum control chart method (CUSUM) to identify potential drift within the data. Based on this, a dual-layer integration strategy is then designed to adapt concept drift by using evidential reasoning aggregation algorithm. The attribute weights are learned to be applied to aggregate local information to obtain local optimal decision results. Further, the contribution scores of local data are defined to aggregate global information to generate a final decision, which balances accuracy, adaptability, and interpretability of the decision results. Finally, the proposed method has been applied to solve a real problem of breast nodule auxiliary diagnosis from a tertiary hospital in Hefei, Anhui Province, which verifies the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed method.
