    针对航母编队海上补给策略选择中定性定量指标并存、决策信息复杂的问题, 提出一种基于犹豫模糊语言加权幂Bonferroni平均算子的多属性决策方法. 首先, 基于航母编队补给策略选择的影响因素, 构建包含定量与定性指标的补给策略选择评价指标体系; 其次, 针对送报男孩、加油站、巡回牧师3种补给策略, 分别建立以最小航行路程和补给时间为目标的路径规划模型, 并采用NSGA-II算法求解; 然后, 利用犹豫模糊语言术语集来表征专家的评价信息, 构建补给策略选择的群决策矩阵, 同时利用组合赋权法确定指标权重, 并运用HFLWPBM算子进行信息集结与策略排序. 仿真实例与对比分析表明, 所提出方法能够应对补给策略选择中的模糊性和不确定性, 为补给策略的选择提供依据. 仿真结果验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性.

    Abstract:

    To address the selection of carrier formation replenishment strategies with both qualitative and quantitative indicators under complex environments, a multi-attribute decision-making method based on hesitant fuzzy linguistic weighted power Bonferroni mean (HFLWPBM) operator is proposed. Firstly, based on the influencing factors, an evaluation index system incorporating both quantitative and qualitative factors is established. Next, for the three replenishment strategies — delivery boy, gas station, and circuit rider — path planning models aiming to minimize both voyage distance and replenishment time are constructed and solved using the NSGA-II algorithm. Then, the hesitant fuzzy language term set is used to characterize the evaluation information of experts and construct a group decision matrix. The indicator weights are determined using an integrated weighting method, and the HFLWPBM operator is used to aggregate information and rank the strategies. Simulation examples and comparative analyses show that the proposed method can cope with the ambiguity and uncertainty in the selection of replenishment strategies and provide a basis for the selection of replenishment strategies, which verifies its feasibility and effectiveness.
