    针对现有直觉模糊多属性决策方法存在反直觉行为及数据取值局限性, 提出一种基于Lemoine点的直觉模糊加权指数信息和(SWEI)多属性决策方法. 首先, 借鉴三角形Lemoine点的几何思想, 设计一种新的直觉模糊相似度, 并完成其公理化证明, 与现有直觉模糊相似度相比, 该相似度不仅能够更合理地表征直觉模糊数之间的相似程度, 而且可以有效克服公理性约束缺失与不可计算的缺陷; 然后, 基于该相似度进一步构造得分函数, 以降低决策过程中的计算复杂度; 接着, 通过直觉模糊得分函数构建模糊得分矩阵, 并以熵权法获得备选方案的权重信息, 进而利用加权指数信息对备选方案进行排序择优; 最后, 通过实例仿真分析验证所提出方法的有效性, 并借助灵敏度分析及对比实验表明该方法具有较强的稳定性与优越性.

    Abstract:

    To address the issues of counter-intuitive phenomena and data value limitations in existing intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making methods, this paper proposes an intuitionistic fuzzy sum weighted exponential information (SWEI) multiple attribute decision-making method based on the Lemoine point. Firstly, inspired by the geometric concept of the triangular Lemoine point, a new intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measure is designed and its axiomatic properties are rigorously proven. Comparative analysis with existing intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measures demonstrates that this measure not only characterizes the similarity between intuitionistic fuzzy numbers more reasonably, but also effectively overcomes the drawbacks of missing axiomatic properties and computational infeasibility. Then, based on this similarity measure, a score function is constructed to reduce computational complexity in the decision-making process. Next, an intuitionistic fuzzy score matrix is established using the score function, and the weights of alternative are determined via the entropy weight method. The weighted exponential information is then utilized to rank and select the optimal alternative. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated through case study and simulation analyses. Sensitivity analysis and comparative experiments further demonstrate the stability and superiority of the proposed method.
