    钢铁生产是国民经济的重要支柱. 近年来, 随着信息技术的迅猛发展, 协同计划已成为提升钢铁企业运行效率与适应能力的关键手段. 鉴于此, 首先从采购与生产协同、生产工序间协同和生产与分销协同3个方面, 对现有钢铁生产链与产业链协同计划进行全面梳理, 进而归纳出当前钢铁生产链与产业链协同计划面临的3大挑战, 即全产业链信息割裂、生产链与产业链计划协同缺乏以及产业链资源配置韧性不足; 之后, 展望钢铁生产链与产业链协同计划的未来重点研究方向, 即生产链与产业链协同计划优化框架、生产链与产业链全域深度感知与预测、数据驱动的多维度协同计划优化以及韧性的产业链资源配置优化. 所作研究旨在为构建高端化、智能化和韧性化的钢铁生产链与产业链协同计划体系提供研究思路与实践参考.

    Abstract:

    Steel production is a vital pillar of the national economy. In recent years, with the rapid advancement of information technology, collaborative planning has become a key means to enhance the operational efficiency and resilience of steel enterprises. This paper first provides a comprehensive review of existing research on collaborative planning across the steel production and industrial chains from three perspectives: procurement-production coordination, inter-process coordination, and production-distribution coordination. It then identifies three major challenges currently facing steel production and industrial chain collaborative planning: fragmented information across the entire industry chain, insufficient coordination between production and industrial chain planning, and inadequate resilience in resource allocation. Finally, it outlines future research priorities, including the optimization framework for production–industrial chain collaboration, full-scope sensing and forecasting across production and industrial chains, data-driven multi-dimensional collaborative planning optimization, and resilient resource allocation mechanisms for industrial chains. The study aims to provide theoretical insights and practical references for building a high-end, intelligent, and resilient collaborative planning system for the steel industry.
