    针对目前电压源型逆变器诊断方案在动态工况下存在误报事件频发,诊断网络架构缺乏可解释性等问题,提出一种融合参数辨识与统计分析的逆变器开路故障诊断方法.首先,采用基于指数型自适应变遗忘因子的递归最小二乘法辨识负载参数,反演三相电流模型值并计算电流残差;其次,遍历并计算各时间子域内电流残差对数似然比特征,推导似然估计极值的统计分布特性,依此设定容许误报率下的报警阈值实现故障诊断;同时,依据电路系数矩阵选定残差空间基向量,推导构成各故障状态的电流残差基向量,结合残差极性定位故障功率器件.最后,根据所开展的仿真及硬件在环实验结果,验证所提诊断定位方案的迅速响应性及鲁棒稳健性.

    Abstract:

    To address the issues of frequent false alarms under dynamic operating conditions and the lack of interpretability in existing diagnostic network architectures for voltage-source inverters, an inverter open circuit fault diagnosis method based on parameter identification and statistical analysis is proposed. Firstly, a recursive least squares algorithm based on the exponential adaptive variable forgetting factor is adopted to identify load parameters, construct three phase current model and calculate current residuals. Secondly, the log-likelihood ratio of current residuals within each time subdomain is computed. The statistical distribution of the cumulative likelihood ratio is derived. Then, the alarm threshold corresponding to a prescribed false alarm rate is set to achieve fault diagnosis. Meanwhile, based on the circuit coefficient matrix, basis vectors in the residual space are selected. Current residual basis vectors that characterize each fault state are derived. The failure power transistors are located by combining basis vectors with residual polarities. Finally, based on the simulation and hardware-in-the-loop experimental results, the rapid responsiveness and robustness of the proposed diagnostic and localization scheme are verified.
